Hi, I'm Jane, Wife, Mum and a business owner.
I am currently on a personal journey to create a healthy and sustainable future for myself and my family.
After discovering the benefits of dōTERRA Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils and having improved (and still improving) my own, and that of my family’s, physical and emotional health and wellbeing. We use them every day for so many things including for sleep, calming, first aid, digestive issues, immune boosting, aches and pains and much more!
I can't image how we every managed without them!
I have since trained as an AromaTouch Technique Therapist and love to support people with specific oils through
the use of the Technique.
It is now my mission to lead a healthier and more sustainable life and to share the benefits of these CPTG® (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade ®) essential oils
